    What I do:

    When I joined Super back in 2000, I realised I did not just sign up for a HR role but rather a HR management career. I started out as an assistant with internal controls until I was promoted to HR & Admin manager in our HQ office supporting Super’s Global Office strategic human resource planning and implementation functions, labour laws compliance aligning people strategy to corporate objectives under the law , hiring and termination, employee training and development as well as occupational health and safety procedures.

    Why I love my job ?

    Super management has helped me develop various skills like people and communication management and to apply these proactively to create value for the organisation. This job is never boring and provides inspiring lessons as I handle diverse types of situations and meet different genres of people everyday. Such interesting experience is invaluable and the feeling of unity and cohesiveness observed at work, where colleagues and cross functional teams collaborate and assist each other in the daily work provides me with a lot of job satisfaction.

    What I do:

    I create and manage the in-house graphic design requirements to support the sales and marketing business units, from POS materials and packaging designs to most export markets’ A&P graphic design support.

    Why I love my job?

    There is always something new to do everyday, whether it’s meeting vendors, distributors, visiting retail locations or creating promotional materials. I am also offered the opportunity to learn the entire portfolio and marketing strategy, which provides a sound foundation for personal and career progression at Super.What I enjoy most about working at Super, is the warm family-oriented working environment.     What I do:

    I plan, implement, manage and maintain the ISO & HACCP management system which includes evaluation of the effectiveness of quality and food safety programs that are integral to our F&B business. These programs include food safety and quality documentation, HACCP and pre-requisite programs, plant quality SOPs, internal quality audits and policy adherence to AVA’s accredited good manufacturing practices.

    Why I love my job?

    Being a Quality Assurance Executive is challenging but the friendly and collaborative team culture here has been extremely supportive. I have the pleasure to work with passionate people from different departments across the company and also with governmental authorities and trade associations.

    I started as a sales trainee but have moved on to an Assistant Sales Manager role servicing mainly corporate accounts across all categories except the lesser modern trade channels.

    Why I love my job?

    Super took a chance on me and it paid off. I am now proud to say that my job satisfaction has been watching my team members develop, grow into their potential and deliver excellent results. This is certainly good for the business while having a tangible profound impact on the sales team’s confidence and ambition to achieve more. I think making that kind of difference to people I care about and the supportive working environment is definitely something I look forward to everyday.
